I tried to add a few different styles I like, so when you add concepts, you can maybe add different outfit styles for those concepts! :D

It apparently is out already. You can download it. I want the changelog tho, because from playing I have no idea what they changed.

That actually fixed my issue, thank you! However I also don't gain any Scandal Points I saw.

Okay so after playing this update for an hour I have to say...it's unplayable. I love the content you added, but it's by far the most buggy update. First the thing with the audititions, that I mentioned above. I actually was kind of forced to trigger auditions by cheating and cheat the money back that I lost, if it didn't work. Because it didn't work more often, than it worked. Then I had some lag and stutter issues which mostly resulted in my game crashing. (It crashed 3 times in the hour I was playing.) Then when I finally got to release a single I got also stuck in the blurry screen. This time I couldn't click out of it tho, so I basically had to restart my game and hope it works the next time. But so far I haven't managed to release a single. Always got stuck in the blurry screen.

So yeah this version desperately needs a fix!

Oh and another weird thing I realized: Since I started cheating anyways, I just went all the way and cheated my idols stats. But I realized it said age: 0 for all idols in the save file. It usually says the correct age tho. Also ingame they have the correct age. (Because it's probably taken from their birthday) But still...thought that's kinda weird.

Actually found a way to click out of the screen. When I restart auditions now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Really weird.

Didn't get fixed, instead actually got worse I think. Never had this bug before. But now I had it on the second audition I did. Nothing works anymore.

I didn't read the latest ones so I don't know if someone mentioned it, but since the latest update, whenever I want to hire staff it's lagging on the staff page. Not game breaking, but definitely kinda annoying. Didn't happen before.

Awesome idea! Seems like the game is finally coming to life. :D

Just a question! Will it be possible to disable some characters? For example the crossdressing one? I'm not really in to that for example, so it would be good if you could decide which ones you want and which not. Maybe being able to delete files for that event beforehand. 

But otherwise I really think this is one of the things the game desperately needs: Personality! So I'm glad you're working on that.

Btw! Are you planning to change the genres and that kind of stuff up even more? I saw you did some things to it already and it's awesome. Also the fact that you included Music Video in the marketing strategys is awesome. If you're planning on changing those things even more, maybe I can come up with some ideas. 

(I also like the fact that you changed the names of Advertisment brands and Dramas into Korean ones.)

I mean sure I could send you the file via e-mail or something. I also gave it to the modder of the K-Pop Mod, so it will get included in the first release of the K-Pop Mod, so you could get it that way too.

You can do that already btw. Not through the mod-editor but in the files. I did it for the K-Pop Mod and worked really well.

No problem mate! It's a pleasure to help you with it! How should I send it to you? (I started to name the rival groups too btw, but after a few I got tired because I thought it's not in the game yet anyways so I just focused on the names.)

The stuff about the textures sounds awesome, I really can't wait!

Okay so...idk if you did it already, but I changed all the names in the variables file to Korean names. If you didn't do it already, I would be happy to give you mine, so you could include it in the first realease! For the names I just used common Korean names, names of my Korean friends, real idol names etc. as examples. For the surnames I used the typical common Korean surnames (there are not thaaaaaat many. x) ) And I doubled some of them (like Park, Kim, Lee) so they appear more often (to make it more realistic).

Here is how it turned out in game: 

Oh nice! Is this outfit from the cute category? And did she get it because one of her highest stats is cute? Or is it just randomly generated? Either way its great. Seems like you can get a lot of variety.

If the K-Pop Mod succeeds, maybe the modder wants to include a Boygroup option as well. However I don't know how moddable this game is yet. Adding a boygroup option is interfering with the game mechanics. I don't know if you can do that yet.

Can't wait for the first version of the mod :D

Girl Crush, Cute, Sexy, I guess these 3 are the most common that I would do no matter what. If you want more variety and deeper stuff, you can in addition go for stuff like: Women Power/Mature (like Mamamoo), Aesthetic (like Loona), Fairytale (like idk Twice?),  Random/Weird (like Orange Caramel), Dark (like Dreamcatcher), Sad (idk maybe like Ladies Code?), Retro (maybe like that new (G)I-DLE comeback? x) ) etc.

I added a reference group for each of them for you.

The thing is, this is a management game, not a raising sim. Raising sims play totally different. I do agree, they should focus more on management options, but they shouldn't inculde raising sim mechanics, because that would feel out of place I guess.

Looks great! Now I'm looking forward even more. x) Would recommend to do texturing by concept btw. Like you categorize clothing by concept and inside of the concept you randomize it, so that you get different variations inside of a concept.

Yes thought so. Hope they'll do it! :D Anyways keep up the good work, looking forward to the previews too.  If I can help in any way let me know! I know Photoshop (no drawing tho) and After Effects (mainly 2D Motion Design). I doubt these will be of any help here, but if you'd need something like this let me know.  Otherwise I'll just leave my ideas here now and then maybe. :D

Oh and I also have some experience in Korean (Idol) Culture and Korean language, since I have a Korean gf.  So I could also help with for example Korean names or something.

Looking forward btw. This mod looks like the game is becoming what I wanted it to be initially. 

As a further suggestion: Idk if this goes to far and what you can actually mod about the game. But it would be nice if it would focus more on you managing an agency instead of an individual idol group. So you can actually also launch more than one idol group.

But I guess this addition has to be made in the main game.

Anyways, really looking forward to this mod! Would btw also be super nice if you could share for example, some pictures of what you've already done!

To be honest if I could code and if it would be possible to create mods for this game I would love to contribute a mod to this. Maybe we can find some people who are interested (maybe also people who can code) and we could work on something like this together. I studied a few semesters of game development (no coding tho), so I do have a little bit of background knowledge in game design and balancing. Would be up for it if someone's interested.

Custom storys would not be the same buttdress. 

Have to say I love this idea. I'm also way more into Kpop. This game could actually blow off if something like this exists.

I really want to second this! Great suggestions. I feel the same. The game is waaaay to unpersonal at the current stage and a management sim like this depends on personality. This is really something you have to work on to make the game more lively. For now it would really be enough  if you add more information to the girls, A skill system like he mentioned it, would be amazing later on of course. Also it would be nice to customize your idols better. In the finished game it would be nice if you have a full system to customize them. 

But yeah, as for now I think the game needs to get more personal and lively and that would be a good way to get there.

This should be really easy to implement actually. I would like if you could also name your agency, it would just add a little more personality to the game. Maybe you could even add agency related events later.

Otherwise pretty much everything that was already mentioned here are really good suggestions that would make the game even better. I hope you consider to implement as much as possible of what was mentioned here.
